Medicaid Proposed Rule Overview Webinar

Recently, CMS issued a proposed rule that may impact several aspects of states’ Medicaid programs including rate setting methodology, improving transparency of rates including Medicaid MCOs, uniform benchmarks, and eligibility criteria. Most controversial is the proposal to require 80% of providers’ Medicaid reimbursement to go to wages for frontline workers.
