IT Total Care is a veteran-owned managed IT services provider based in Foster City, California, serving home care, home health, and hospice agencies throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. Founded in 2001, we have supported small and mid-sized businesses for more than two decades. We work with home-based care agencies on the IT requirements specific to their operations: HIPAA compliance and security controls, support for agency platforms including Axxess, WellSky, and AxisCare, mobile device management for field caregivers, secure remote access for distributed staff, and the infrastructure behind electronic visit verification. Home-based care agencies run on a mobile workforce and regulated patient data, which creates IT requirements most general managed service providers are not built to handle.
